When we went to Paris we didn´t have too much money to be honest. So we tried to spend the least of it on food in order to be able to pay the subway, the bus trip to the airport, and other activities we wanted to do. Therefore I decided to list the places where we ate and other info to give  you some tips for eating well and at a good price.

-The Wilson Market: a market located in a street parallel to the Seine and about 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. There are all kinds of food stalls that offer from fresh vegetables to cooked meals. Certainly a very good choice to eat on the street. We ate a galette each (a savory pancake) and a soda for less than 5 €. Delicious and very Parisian!

-Picnic at the Eiffel Tower: this was a choice we used a lot, because it consists of simply buying some bread, cheese and something else to snack, go to the 'Champs de Mars'  (a garden at the foot of the Eiffel Tower) and sit down to dinner. AND if you also do it by night, you will be able to see that you are not alone as many young Parisians take these gardens in search of fun, you'll see immigrants trying to sell you a bottle of cheap wine and you'd be able to dinner while watching the little lights of the  Eiffel Tower dancing. BONUS!!

-Go strolling don the little streets: as we were coming in metro from Montmartre to the center, we moved almost always walking so we discovered some deals in hidden places. They are the least cheap options but compared to a meal on the terrace of a Parisian cafe the price is quite worth it. Some cheap sites are Pizza Momo (rue Saint-Antoine, le Marais) where there are very large dishes  of pasta at 10 €, or Le Coryllis in Montmartre.

-You can always ask for tap water, they do not charge anything. In addition, water in Paris is quite good so you can always recharge a water bottle so you don´t have to buy any drinks that are much more expensive.

-Ask the locals: although some cities or countries spread the word that the French are quite unfriendly, it's totally the opposite. We were in a rental sofa (that's another story) and asked the boy   from the apartment about places to dine that were good and not very expensive. You can always ask people on the street anything like where is this place or if there is a restaurant nearby that is good. You can also ask the receptionist of a hotel if you don´t speak French.

I hope this little Parisian guide of how to survive in Paris with little cash was help full to you.¡Oh! and I hope you like the pics too haha
